Questex Media Group is searching for an incredibly smart and charismatic Web Producer to work on its B2B digital media initiatives within the Hospitality, Travel and MICE industries. This fast paced role will support the creation and be involved with ongoing maintenance of several websites and an e-mail management system. This is NOT a programming position. Instead the web producer will be working primarily with our company's internal content management system. The web producer will be responsible for identifying issues before they arise, and solving them in a timely manner. This role will report to the Manager of Digital Media, and work very closely with Project Management team.

Primary Position Duties and Responsibilities:

•The web producer will be responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of various
Questex online properties and delivery of email newsletters.
•Work with Drupal and WordPress based websites, add blocks, edit templates and post content where technical assistance is required.
•Manage delivery and scheduling of e-newsletters and e-promotions.
•Work with editors and publishers to schedule and prioritize work and troubleshoot issues with online products when they arise.
•Become the go-to expert on our CMS, email delivery, and ad-serving systems.

•Unparalleled task management skills with the ability to work in a team environment in situations in which ambiguity and multiple priorities are commonplace.
•Proven ability to create quality web products with strong graphic and architecture sense.
•Technical background, including experience with XML, APIs, CMSs (Drupal preferred), and standard analytic tools
•Must have working knowledge of HTML & CSS. PHP and others are a plus.
•Experience with a variety of media formats including rich media, video and audio.
•Experience with email services/systems such as Hallmark and Silverpop desirable.
•The candidate will require a solid combination of technical and design skills.
•The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to deliver quality work under pressure.
•Bachelor’s level education or equivalent, plus two or more years web production experience.
