Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a full understanding and direct experience in traffic, commerce, marketing statistics, and data. They will have an instinctive understanding of the best, objective way to judge the success of a project, and clearly calculate the costs and benefits of all of Amazon Fashion's traffic activities and events. The candidate will keep continual watch over Amazon Fashion's traffic patterns, dive deep into individual traffic and revenue sources (direct, referral, affiliate, search, etc.), and report on trends and their causes.

The Traffic Manager will work with cross-functional business partners throughout Amazon to coordinate execution of marketing programs across channels.

  • Own the traffic channels for Amazon Fashion, setting metric-based goals, with weekly reporting outlining the narrative analysis of the data and results.
  • Build and maintain calendar of events and projects, creating project documents with business case, requirements, goals, key metrics, timelines, teams involved, and tactical steps for execution.
  • Understand business and marketing constraints and opportunities, and work with stakeholders to build creative solutions allowing for successful implementation of complex projects and initiatives.
  • Play an active role in identifying the risks and potential ROI for events, calculating resource needs, building budgets, and gauging necessary levels of sales and customer acquisition to drive success.
  • Develop tests/enhancements to drive new customers to Amazon Fashion and lead the execution and measurement of the tests themselves.

  • 3+ years in marketing and/or product management. ยท Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams
