Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong organizational, time-management and communications skills, as well as experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently both independently as well as part of a team. In addition to general administrative work, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: research, trade show support, compiling client clip books, transcribing interviews, assisting with distribution and posting of press releases to the trade media and online posting sites, and helping with various projects. Candidates should have a minimum of a two year degree and must type at least 40 words per minute. Proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required.
