Amazon Fashion is looking for a Marketing Manager, Planning & Promotions to assist in driving the overall seasonal marketing and promotions plan. He/She will be responsible for helping lead the cross-functional team responsible for executing the seasonal marketing and promotions plans for the Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, and Watches businesses. This role will collaborate with several teams, including Site Merchandising, Creative, Buying and Finance.

The Marketing Manager, will have the ability to immediately affect the success of the business through their efforts. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, motivated by an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Assist in developing the seasonal brief that sets the framework for each season by identifying key target customers, initiatives, and categories to support across the Marketing, Vendor Managers, and 3P teams.
  • Help manage the promotions calendar.
  • Partner with Vendor Managers to respond to sales performance through promotional programs.
  • Work with the editorial teams to incorporate seasonal trends and key volume drivers.
  • Assist in the development of an email messaging plan.
  • Manage timelines for monthly creative updates to the site.
  • Partner with Site Merchandising to develop analyze performance of merchandising efforts.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Retail Marketing experience.

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized with demonstrated strong professional performance. The position requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Track record of building new things or processes, highly entrepreneurial.
  • Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics.
