As the Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with the planning and implementation of the company's lead generation strategy, marketing campaigns execution and data management activities. The Marketing Operations Associate will play a critical role in our growth strategy, reinforcing Interactive Data as an industry leader and enabling our sales team to accelerate opportunities through the sales pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp, energetic and resourceful person to contribute to a fast-paced and growing information technology company.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Administration

• Campaign-specific responsibilities including the creation of e-mail templates, e-mail marketing lists and the deployment of e-mails
• Prospect research for various campaigns utilizing in-house client lists and third-party databases
• List management and maintenance
• Reporting of results for various lead-generation and other direct response activities
• Maintaining and updating e-mail metrics reports
• Deploying client newsletters, emails, industry updates, product notifications and event information for each business group and maintaining reports on readership metrics
• Automating lead routing to CRM
• Routing of leads to CRM, where not automated
• Managing the general inquiry email inboxes and responding to/forwarding inquiries accordingly
• Maintaining company inventory of collateral and promotional items
• Liaising with vendors and ordering promotional giveaways
• Creating price comparisons and recommendations
• Processing invoices for Marketing expenses
Event Logistics & Support
• Coordinating with venues for internal and external IDCO events
• Creating and deploying invitations for internal events
• Managing registrations and maintaining attendee lists
• Developing presentations or other materials for event
• On-site staffing and coordination with venue
• Post-event follow up (emails, surveys, presentation distribution, etc.)

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area of study
1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing role
Previous experience using marketing automation (i.e., Marketo) and/or CRM database management (i.e., tools
Motivated, engaging personality
Thinks analytically with sales outcomes in mind and how marketing activities translate into superior outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
