The Washington, DC office is hiring a Digital Manager to help lead digital opportunities and projects for our nonprofit, corporate, government and consumer clients.


-Help create engaging online campaigns and experiences that generate conversations among media, other online influencers, and customers to support client communication objectives
-Stay abreast of online conversations and identify opportunities to interject client stories into the dialogue.
-Manage updates to social platforms, sites and applications and support live event coverage in social spaces
-Research and develop relationships with online influencers
-Help create compelling online experiences (i.e., blogs, infographics, videos) with maximum potential for word-of-mouth sharing
-Engage online influencers and own blogger outreach with Connector teams
-Assist in the development, strategy and maintenance of client websites and other online applications. Responsibilities may include content development, project management, proofreading and editing, search engine optimization and more.
-Work on multiple projects at one time
-Support development of proposal documents and presentations for business development
-Lead multiple projects at one time


-BA/BS in English, communications, or related field desired
-4-6 years of experience in digital PR
-In-depth understanding of the current and future social media universe, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube and other emerging platforms
-Familiarity with online monitoring and measurement tools (such as Hootsuite, Sysomos, MuckRack)
-Experience with Abode Creative Suite and HTML a plus but not a requirement?
