Role Purpose
The Coordinator of Brand Marketing is tasked with assisting in the execution of all off-air marketing efforts and brand initiatives, including media campaigns (consumer and trade), affiliate marketing programs, and cross promotions. The Coordinator assists the Brand Marketing team in the management of all timelines and the trafficking of all materials, ensuring deadlines are met.


Supports and coordinates execution logistics for media campaigns.
•Participates in all media briefing sessions and weekly status meetings
•Oversees the timeline and status of all production elements for original programming and trade campaigns, working closely with internal production team
•Assists with obtaining creative assets for added value and digital efforts
•Assists with development of marketing creative briefs and presentations: research, competitive information and formatting
•Act as liaison between various internal departments, such as production, PR, ad sales, and for asset delivery
•Coordinates meetings with media vendors and partners
•Files and maintains library of key marketing materials in department share drive including: media kits and opportunities decks, ratings analyses, agency presentations, press releases, and competitive data

•Provides Affiliate materials (show descriptions, one-sheets, clips, spots) for USA, CLOO and UniHD
•Fulfills Digital Distribution creative asset requests for USA, CLOO and UniHD
•Attends monthly USA, CLOO and UniHD programming and on-air meetings
•Facilitates delivery of American Airlines/USA in-flight content, ClearVision Airport Network content and NBCU Internal Channel content

•Provides Production with material deadlines and specs for all campaign elements
•Assigns radio & cross-channel ISCI codes and tags
•Checks spots and generates traffic instructions to buying agency and traffic house

•Codes, submits and tracks all bills and purchase orders, maintains log of invoices

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree
•1-2 years experience in project management or marketing in TV/entertainment
•Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
