• Execute all ad sales custom programs inclusive of sponsored environments, ad products, microsites, sweepstakes and social media promotions
• Develop Kick off Call documents for client calls including asset lists, due dates and timeline
• Lead cross-functional teams, serving as project manager, to define project specifications, establish milestones, and manage development, launch and QA
• Communicate status, key issues and launch plans to client as well as senior management marketing, design, sales, Ad Ops, legal and editorial
• Measure program performance and identification of key levers of improvement to create wrap up reports and case studies at close of program
• Work with Art department for creative design and/or mocks on sold and pre-sale programs
• Provide pricing for all new ideas and negotiate with outside vendors for both timing and costs
• Monitor the competitive landscape, lead relevant market, site and consumer research and recommend strategies for remaining competitive

• Strong project management experience, including successful management of digital programs
• Previous Client Management Experience required
• Organized, self-motivator who is detail oriented with strong analytical skills
