The Forbes integrated marketing department is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our design team. This is a highly strategic, collaborative role working directly with senior sales and marketing executives. The right candidate will be creative, proactive and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

The designer works alongside a marketing strategist, both reporting to the executive director of marketing. This team will contribute to brainstorm sessions and develop marketing proposals for top advertising clients of Forbes Magazine and

Additional responsibilities will include the execution of live programs, including but not limited to: designing and building digital ad units, microsites, in-magazine sections and event collateral.


-Candidate should have strong digital proficiency. Software expertise should include InDesign, Photoshop, Flash (ActionScript 3), JavaScript, Dreamweaver (HTML/CSS), PowerPoint, and knowledge of responsive web design.
-Video editing knowledge a plus but not required.
-2 or more years professional experience with a clear understanding of best practices in print production and/or web design. Media or publishing experience is a plus.
