Specific responsibilities include:
Specific Responsibilities:
* Assist in activities related to transition from legacy business to new solutions
* Assist in day-to-day activities of customer engagement during new product rollout
* Streamline and enhance method of gathering business intelligence data across multiple data platforms and applications (Akamai, Google Analytics, Drupal, CRM, DFP, etc.)
* Work with business analysts to analyze and assess areas for improvement in existing digital businesses, including intelligence on competitive landscape, content management systems and content distribution networks, and begin to lay out plans for next steps
* Update and maintain a variety of quantitative and written reports on the progress of customer onboarding for digital products and services, to ensure quality of customer outreach and to aid in timeliness of presentations and executive reports
* Engage directly with customers, fielding e-mail and phone inquiries about their participation in various digital services and products
* Work with product owners and marketing department in developing a  range of documentation that supports a new product or service launch, such as marketing presentations, backgrounders, FAQs and internal process guidelines
* Support sales in the rollout of a new service or product, including participating in customer meetings and facilitating presentations

JOB REQUIREMENTS: * 3-4 years of experience in digital media or technologies
* Experience with Drupal or other online content management systems
* Experience with business intelligence and analysis tools (e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.)
* Ability to access, analyze and draw insight from large datasets
* Knowledge of digital business models and ability to understand business and technology issues
* Outstanding attention to detail and organizational and multitasking abilities
* Flexibility, creativity and adaptability in order to get the job done
* Excellent verbal and written community communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative setting
* Bachelor's degree or higher
