The Amazon Fashion Customer Experience team is seeking an innovative and customer-focused Program Manager. As the Browse Program Manager, you will partner with our development team to build a world-class, intuitive and comprehensive navigation structure which will optimize product discovery when customers are searching and browsing on our site. You will have the opportunity to have a direct and significant impact on improving the customer experience and making it easy and fun to shop for fashion on
  • Research, analyze and develop browse structures to organize our extensive product selection for customers
  • Expand and refine data retrieval techniques to utilize our extensive product catalog and make sure products end up in the right place for our customers
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with a broad range of stakeholders including merchandisers, engineers, designers, and other groups - Build strong internal relationships with both business and technology teams
  • Develop business cases to quantify the opportunities and requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Analyze website metrics and customer behavior data to make intelligent decisions on optimizing browse and navigation structure
  • Serve as strong advocates for our fashion customers and sellers on Amazon, be passionate about fashion and driven to create a best-in-class online shopping experience for customers

  • 5+ years of program and/or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or library sciences

  • MBA Preferred
