Routinely performs needs assessments to identify key areas for development and improvement across the sales organization. Designs and develops training processes and innovative training programs for all levels of employees either individually, or with outside consultants.
•Recommends solutions and interventions to achieve desired level of capability throughout the organization and to achieve organizational goals in partnership with senior leadership.
•Strategically designs, aligns and implements training and development programs with TNJMG’s objectives and employees’ personal goals and growth to promote continuous learning and job satisfaction.
•Manages the function efficiently and effectively to obtain the maximum value from resources allocated to training and development.
•Makes recommendations for the best use and application of technology.
•Designs, develops, and implements the best methodologies for training delivery (e.g. stand up, web-based/on-line, multimedia and written materials) and applies strong familiarity in graphic design and multimedia (video, etc.) to maximize effectiveness of materials.
•Manages the creation process of comprehensive strategy for the organization from inception to implementation and develops a full range of custom learning solutions, including highly-interactive web-based training, instructor-led training, and both electronic and paper-based performance support tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree
•5-8 years of experience in training/organizational development, education, educational technology, communications or a related field.
•Strong knowledge utilizing instructor-led, web-based, online, multimedia and written training material.
•5 years of experience leading learning professionals, preferably in an e-learning/multi-media environment.
•Proven understanding of the adult-learning environment with customers ranging from entry-level employees to senior-level professionals.
•Effective people leadership skills ranging from work direction, motivation, coaching/feedback, and developing assigned staff.
