•To market and sell record services packages (adjudications) to record claimants
•Account management for said clients
•Marketing and operational support for the adjudication business under the guidance of the Head of RMT
•Travel to adjudicate record attempts across the U.S. and occasionally globally; become an ambassador of the GWR brand
•Respond to adjudication requests received through the website
•Proactively reach out to claimants to upsell basic adjudication interest as well as sell adjudication packages to prospective new clients
•Manage corporate accounts of past and future customers of GWR brand
•Achieve Records Management Team (RMT) sales in the assigned territories according to the given targets
•Liaise with potential customers to suggest possible record ideas suitable for the adjudication event within the array of all GWR Corporate Services
•Build long-term relationships with third parties for recurring business
•Support the adjudication business with research, data mining and administrative tasks
•Represent and protect the integrity of the GWR brand in interviews, press conferences, and record attempts.
•Obtain all necessary record related information from RMT/Adjudications Team to be able to adjudicate record attempts professionally.

2-3 years account management experience, preferably in sales, marketing, advertising, events, or PR. Candidates with experience working in sales/marketing in-house are also encouraged to apply

•Enthusiastic personality with a passion for the Guinness World Records brand
•2-3 years sales experience, particularly with U.S.-based consumers, both individually and on an accounts/agency level
•Experienced in customer service, with the general public as well as business to business
•Outspoken, articulate and comfortable to speak and deal with the media including potential TV appearances
•Presentable and professional appearance
•Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Fluent Spoken and Written English, clear English suitable for TV
•Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred but not required
•Self-confident and decisive attitude
•Cultural sensitivity
•Able to communicate effectively to anyone, in any environment and flexible to accept frequent changes and unexpected circumstances
•Passionate and driven about achieving business success
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•Self-motivated, owning many projects at the same time while maintaining periodic travel

•Taking responsibility for decisions on records that need to be taken independently; being honest
