Director of Product Strategy: You know how things work-or how to make them work better. You find solutions before problems arise. You can sift through data and see patterns. You like to spot trends, innovate, and bring new ideas to life. You could be the Director of Product Strategy at Jumpstart Automotive Group.

Set product strategy for Jumpstart's current advertising product line across all platforms. Understand client needs, sales demand, and the capabilities of our 12 publisher partners to create a robust and forward-thinking product line that drive revenue.

-Innovate product solutions, including ad positions, specs, vendors with consideration to both Client and Publisher needs
-Work with the Insights & Analytics team to understand areas of opportunity or concern and innovate or problem solve around that (unsold inventory, demand for certain types of ad units, etc.)
-Develop a clear product roadmap for the next 12-24 months
-Partner with the marketing team to create sales materials that clearly explain all products
-Collaborate with technology to determine which products are built in house and which are outsourced
-Ensure all products are documented and annotated to provide clear guidance to sales, marketing, publisher, and tech teams
-Oversee a Product Manager

-BA / BS in computer science, marketing, business admin or a similar field
-10+ years progressive experience in Digital Advertising (with a focus on strategy and/or new product development)
-5+ years experience managing a team
-Fluency with advertising platforms and technologies (behavioral targeting, ad
-servers, metrics and reporting tools)
-Incredibly clear communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with large
-Innovative and unwilling to accept "that's they way we've always done it"
-Constant desire to learn, read, research, and get input from others
-Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
-Willing to have some fun at work
