We are seeking an Experience Designer to join our Boston experience design team. The designer will collaborate with team members across disciplines to concept and refine ideas across digital channels and beyond. You should be able to rapidly shift from the strategic big picture to the tactical and back to ensure oversight of the entire brand ecosystem.Collaboration and communication skills must be top-notch. This is a client-facing position, and you should have some experience presenting your work and contributing to client relationships.You should be able to produce ecosystem maps, customer journeys, wireframes, site maps, user flows, and other documentation. You should be able to use some combo of Omnigraffle, InDesign and Illustrator.You should have familiarity with topics like usability, accessibility and SEO, as well as be comfortable exploring the role of brand in creating digital experiences. HTML/CSS coding knowledge a plus.Be ready to sketch and paper prototype. This is a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.

Four-year degree required. Design, HCI, development or communications background ideal.2-3 years experience in an agency environment (advertising or digital-only) is important, if not mandatory.All applicants MUST provide a link to a portfolio site or PDF.
