· Spearhead all campaign proposals and strategies, from existing accounts to new pitches for all digital business, including conceptualizing and crafting.

· Liaising and coordinating with all departments (creative, social media (SM) and ePR) on campaign strategies and pitches, as well as social media campaigns.

· Oversee the growing social media team and their execution of campaigns and client management. Work in tandem with management to grow out the SM and strategy department in tandem with incoming business including headcount, process development, account/project allocation.

· Exploring ongoing methods of enhancing campaign reporting as it applies to SM and content syndication.

· Advanced client interface as well as management of SM team's day-to-day client interface.

· Ongoing assessment and evaluation of newly emerging platforms in the digital, SM and mobile space. Making recommendations and establishing partnerships where applicable.

· Oversee the various creative methods of engagement for SM space; including editorial calendars, promotions, fan acquisition, applications and tabs.

· Developing key online targets/demos for all online strategies and proposals – including but not limited to the social media space.

· Excellent understanding of newly emerging sites, trends, behaviors in the digital space, including mobile and social. Communicating those trends and platforms internally as well as working into campaigns/pitches where applicable.

· Actively attend industry events, and engage in meetings with new prospective partners in emerging platforms/technologies, as is pertains to the benefit of future business opportunities. Foster relationships with key players in the social space.

· Educate clients across all verticals about what's next in digital media, including the latest developments in SM, mobile, and other channels

· Build and lead strategy for Emerging Media Practice that runs client campaigns with social media and other emerging channels

· Suggest creative partners for relevant campaign promotions and work with campaign manager to translate creative vision, ensuring it stays on brand and on schedule

Experience Required:

· Experience managing or executing campaigns in the online space, particularly entertainment properties.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate concepts and ideas in a compelling and persuasive way

· A self-starter mentality with a solid sense of judgement.

· Experience managing a team of at least 5.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized.

· A skilled team player who can handle multiple tasks as once.

· Creative thinker who can develop innovative ideas/strategies.

· Comfort, working familiarity with all social media platforms.
Film/Television digital marketing experience a plus
