The Knot (, one of our XO Group Inc. brands is seeking an outstanding self-motivated, creative and resourceful individual to fill its Community Coordinator position for its Community Department. The Knot Community Coordinator will manage an active Internet community.

Responsibilities Include:
• 2-3 years of experience working with online audiences?
• Interacting with membership
• Maintaining message boards?
• Recruiting moderators and using social media to recruit new members?
• Assisting The Knot’s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram, and Google+?
• Excellent writing skills and knowledge of online communities a must?
• Enthusiasm and/or knowledge of weddings a clear plus.?
• Other attributes needed to succeed in this position include, a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as part of a team and a collaborative spirit.

The ideal candidate will be an extremely creative, organized, detail-obsessed, self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects yet stay calm under pressure must be part of your DNA. Most important is that you thrive on being part of a collaborative team and will never say the words “It’s not my job!”
