CFO is looking for a focused and organized individual to manage all internal and external email campaigns from conception to deployment. This individual must have a procedural and analytic mindset to get the most out of each email campaign. He/She will process list insertion orders by providing counts for specific filters, creating lists, and managing delivery to internal and third parties. This position reports to the Director, Audience Marketing and Development.

Lead production of all email programs.
Coordinate set-up, testing, deployment and monitoring of digital marketing email campaigns.
Utilize list segmentation, personalization, and content optimization.
Construct email campaigns by editing HTML as necessary.
Conduct quality check tests for compatibility with web browsers, and to ensure links, images, subject lines and list segments function properly.
Monitor, measure and report on campaign results.
Become proficient with external and internal email marketing tools to support marketing goals
Provide reports of emails success, open rates, click rates, to individual who requested promotions.

List Management

Manage all postal and email list request by providing counts, and pulling data from database.

This individual must have strong knowledge of HTML coding. Prefer individuals with experience in Strongmail. Three to five years experience with email production and list management.
