• Coordinate freelancer outreach for branded content programs, and vet internally with Complex staff
• Assist Content Marketing team with editing and packaging of branded content, input into project CMS and/or Complex’s CMS
• Assist Content Marketing team with recaps and tracking program performance, including social analytics and maintaining program-related links
• Assist Content & Social Marketing Manager with maintaing an active list of social influencers and blogs/sites relevant to marketing initiatives
• Packaging all content types for delivery to client
• Manage day-to-day communications and expectations for branded content deliverables with content marketing manager, marketing team and Complex freelancers
• Occasional community management on social platforms

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years social media, marketing, editorial, PR or agency experience
• Knowledge and understanding of editorial/content, social media and marketing
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and critical thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of content management tools
• Knowledge of social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, etc.
• Excellent process development and communication (both verbal & written) skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and client service skills
• Must be a good communicator, detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive)

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in related field;
• 1-2 years experience in online media (corporate environment)
