We are currently seeking an Advertising and Promotions Associate to design a variety of print and web ads as well as act as project manager for many promotional projects from conception through execution.

Specifically, the Advertising and Promotions Associate:
- Designs postcards, blowups, corporate promotional items/e-cards, and other projects pending experience.
- Writes copy, designs print ads, web ads, and social media assets.
- Works with marketing to schedule print jobs and booking of ads, works with outside vendors, creates purchase orders.
- Provides assistance with egalley program: manages assets, checks files; works directly with Marketing to create and maintain schedule.
- Provides administrative support including coding invoices; DAM asset management/uploading for ad agency, catalog, and egalleys.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least 1 year related experience
- Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to set priorities under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to work independently and understand the importance of deadlines
- Must possess the skill to set priorities and problem solve
- Strong computer skills necessary with PC and MAC familiarity. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, basic html, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks
- Copy editing and writing skills a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital and offset printing procedures/terminology a plus.
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
