Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:


•Daily microsite management – review sites daily to ensure proper functionality, analyze user interface and make relevant recommendations for maximizing impact
•Develop promotional schedule for each site and partner with various teams to ensure contests are fully leveraged
•Work closely with the operations team on all email campaigns from setup through deployment
•Monitor daily advertiser email marketing statistics
•Analyze, graph and generate reports on traffic metrics weekly


Required Skills/Experience:


•Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field
•At least two years experience in the online channel, preferably in a direct marketing role.
•Technology savvy with a solid understanding of the web, online marketing and best e-mail practices
•Highly motivated self-started with strong analytical and communication skills
•Confidently can handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
•Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
