Event ManagementWork with Marketing, PR and Sales to flawlessly execute events inline with brand standards. Responsibilities include: consultation on venue selection (with Marketing AVP’s or Brand President’s final approval), development of event materials, providing necessary materials (watch allocations, display materials, invitations, gifts, catalogues, etc…) as well as event tracking, capturing results and reporting back to Italy. CRMMaintain and continue to develop CRM data base list (on SalesForce.com). Work with HQ on a global CRM tool. Manage all CRM activity. Work with call center as needed.TrainingDevelop annual training program. Develop or source updated training materials from HQ. Organize any central training. Track training execution and budgets.Monthly ReportingProvide team analytics including scheduled internal or external (to Italy) reporting as well as ad hoc reporting needs. Key monthly reporting will include the Monthly Commentary (sales, sales by region, sales by collection, sell-in/sell-out etc…), Sell-In reports for the Sales Directors and SIHH-Pan (Booster) sales data entry (sell-in, inventory). Other reporting will depend on business needs.Assist in other office tasksIncluding but not limited to Pantheon (as a back-up) answering telephones, invoice support, lead office mailings including catalogs, price lists, announcements (to reps, dealers, etc…).JOB PROFILE Education:Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business.Required experience:Two to 5 years’ experience in Luxury and marketing experience a plus.Technical skills / abilities: Must be analytical while having a good eye for detail.Good presentation skills, ability to transmit information in a precise manner.Good PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must. Prior SAP experience a plus but not necessary.Personal skills Must work well with others (heavy interaction with accounts, sales force and HQ will be part of position) and have good follow up skills.Self-starter but ability to work closely with teams in a collaborative environment.
