Develop innovative, training and education products for corporate finance and business professionals. Must have familiarity with the finance and accounting field and understand the types of training and education programs corporate finance and business professionals seek. Experience in developing training programs and working with internal/external subject matter experts, designers, developers, editors, marketers, and product development peers. Evaluate, research, and develop training products to generate revenue opportunities and drive audience engagement.


•Own and lead product strategy, innovation and execution including thinking through product roadmaps, content sourcing and development, user requirements, and project management.
•Manage product development projects and timelines from inception to launch - working with a variety of resources including subject matter experts, technology, marketing, editorial, operations, etc.
•Perform market research and competitive analyses for product subject areas.
•Drive product development through data analysis (ie, reviewing customer registration and buying behavior.) Understand and exploit key metrics for your products.
•Write, edit, and update product definitions and specifications that communicate a clear description of product releases, features, and purpose.
•Focus on growing the number of paid product offerings while driving user engagement and subscription revenue.
•Coordinate with other members of Product Management to ensure product features are implemented consistently across all product lines.
•Educate and train internal business teams on product best practices, specifications and key benefits.
•Provide product support for customers.
•Prioritize product opportunities and product features; build aggressive product release plans; keep management apprised of progress.
•Negotiate and manage partnership and content agreements.


•Bachelors’ degree
•5+ years experience with an editorial/product development/corporate training background.
•Expertise in corporate finance or other business finance preferred.
•Strong technology skills with working knowledge of editorial content management systems, learning management systems, and web production.
•Willingness to learn proprietary web publishing systems.
•Strong writing and communications skills.
