Digital Analytics Supervisor
The Digital Analytics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and reporting of paid self-serve digital media (SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). He or she will work closely with account management teams to ensure paid digital strategies align to clients’ goals and messaging. Internally, the Supervisor will work across teams to promote and improve digital engagement. The successful candidate will have a background in digital media management with a focus on quantitative analytics. Responsibilities •Work closely with media planners and assistant planners to develop paid media strategies that support clients’ overall online marketing goals•Develop and traffic digital media campaigns, including keywords and creative. Improve campaign performance through regular optimization, including creative testing, bidding, iterative keyword development, and audience management. •Work with the Media Director, Supervisor, and account teams to review and improve efficiencies, communications, deliverables and client service as it relates to digital. •Maintain working relationship with client at appropriate levels. •Work with the digital media and account teams to ensure: ?Accurate and timely reporting/systems maintenance and communication ?Clear design and deployment of reporting dashboards ?Functioning data integration and aggregation from ad servers, site analytic tools, publishers and other data sources ?Database development and maintenance ?Effective presentation of results and learnings •Manage client SEM/SEO media schedules and reconcile against budgets•Work with clients and with internal development teams to produce, traffic, and test conversion tags. •Own internal processes around campaign development, trafficking, and management, reporting, and budget reconciliation. Develop and implement improvements to processes. •Identify inefficiencies/gaps in media management. When appropriate, recommend third-party tools and vendors to improve agency’s media management and efficiency. •Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances•Prioritizes tasks to meet scheduled deadlines a •Researches and prepares special projects as required•BS/BA or equivalent business experience required •5+ years in paid digital media management•Proven ability to develop and optimize paid marketing campaigns. •Expert-level proficiency in Google AdWords, Bing ads, and Excel. Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics, third-party ad servers, and SEM trafficking/management platforms. •Understanding of cookie technology and conversion tracking•Experience working with non-profit higher education clients preferred•Effective communication skills both, written and oral•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint•Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment•Able to work independently and in a team environment•Strong problem solving skills and detail orientedLipman Hearne is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
