Position Overview
•Assists in the execution of project work plans for both internal and external clients
•Coordinates day-to-day operational aspects of each client project and scope
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, stored and distributed appropriately
•Develop and maintain information databases needed for the sales, marketing and production teams.

Project Accounting
•Facilitates tracking and reporting of program and team progress
•Maintains records of appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables each project
•Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

•Participates in regular status meetings with project team
•Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
•Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
•Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

•Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions
•Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential
•Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner
•Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members

•Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
•Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
•Must have the ability to prioritize and balance project activity.
•A positive attitude and flexible team-oriented approach.
•Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Must able to self-manage, taking initiative to meet project goals/schedules/deadlines.
