LiveHealthier is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our new and innovative Marketing and Engagement Team. The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of all email campaigns to support the Team’s Mission to safeguard the LiveHealthier brand. The Email Marketing Manager (EMM) executes all email marketing campaigns; delivering newsletters to drive program participation and retention. Teaming with Marketing Managers and Program Managers, he/she will ensure all content developed follows email best practice standards and will develop and execute A/B test plans for subject line, message and images. The EMM is responsible for reporting campaign performance; including open & click-through rates and testing performance data to the Marketing and Engagement Team. He/she has a solid understanding of email marketing and metrics as well as the ability to project manage several deliverables. Deliverables for this this position include: list management, newsletter dissemination, campaign execution and performance analysis. This newly created position will report to the Director of Engagement. The Email Marketing Manager will join forces with a fast-growing, energetic team who are passionate about health and wellness.

Major Activities:

•Drive the strategy of email marketing from content, frequency, and messaging based on program needs and client requirements
•Work closely with internal teams (Program, Creative, Engineering) to plan and launch campaigns
•Develop A/B test plans for subject line, messages and images
•Develop and maintain testing calendar for key email components
•Monitor and report on email metrics such as open, click, opt-out, and conversion rates
•Partner with analytics team to analyze test findings and identify trends to enhance email segmentation and develop new trigger campaigns
•Maintain best practices for list hygiene, privacy, and opt-in/opt-out standards
•Monitor competitive landscape and stay current on industry standards on email

Experience and Characteristics:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
•2+ years of email marketing experience, preferably with a consumer subscription company
•Experience in A/B testing and analytics
•Experience in developing email content and design
•Strong knowledge of email content & design best practices
•A desire to help and motivate people to improve their health
•Superb communication skills and attention to detail
•Ability to operate on a strategic and tactical level
•Personality that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing market and environment
