Oversee off-channel marketing for the Comedy Central brand and TV content including paid media, events & promotions, and promotional/media partnerships
Develop strategic, innovative and creative marketing plans for key launches and trade initiatives
Oversee Comedy Central Special Events
Manage relationship with key media agencies and special event companies
Actively collaborate with Programming/Multi-Platform, Development, Brand Creative, and Fan Engagement teams to drive ratings and traffic
Establish strong relationships with key Talent, Producers, Agents and Managers
Support efforts of Sales, Integrated Marketing, and Viacom Content Distribution/Partner Marketing Group, including development of ad sales promotions and events to engage buyers and clients with Comedy Central
Work closely with Comedy Central Enterprises and 345 Games to drive incremental revenue via Consumer Products, Live Tours, DTO/DVD/records, and other new initiatives
Manage Brand Marketing Team


Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Marketing and/or Media Planning
Experience in a Marketing leadership role in a media company, agency or client-side – ideally with brand(s) targeting Millennials


Extensive knowledge of the marketing landscape, with deep experience in digital marketing; insight into shifting media consumption behaviors and how to fully identify/create opportunities
Understanding of, and an ability to be flexible and adaptive to, the ever-changing and competitive media/entertainment landscape.
A track record of success developing creative and innovative marketing plans
Exceptional managerial skills; able to effectively lead a team and collaborate with internal and external agencies
Understanding and comprehension of financial/budget processes
A fundamental appreciation of Comedy Central’s creative and brand sensibilities
