The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Digital Advertising to...

  • Manage the overall performance of the Coach’s display advertising marketing programs, includes but not limited to: Branding, Retargeting, Prospecting, Mobile and Social Media Advertising
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate to drive the mosteffective use of media dollars
  • Identify and manage external partners (vendors) to ensureconversion and awareness goals are achieved
  • Constantly seek out new and innovative advertising opportunities
  • Team supervision, training and development for digital advertising team
  • Develop strategies to further enhance and drive revenue through display advertising
  • Partner closely with merchandising team to coordinate product selection for all campaigns
  • Partner closely with creative services to ensure that all campaigns are run on time and executed to the highest caliber
  • Work with internal web team to manage third partysite tagging and pixel requests
  • Measure, analyze and optimize reach, efficiency, and performance of all media buys
  • Work collaboratively to coordinate the work flow and execution of all media plans from internal components to external vendors
  • Manage Social media advertising strategies and initiatives on social platforms
  • Work closely with International Marketing team to develop international media plans for certain markets
  • Analyze North America data verses our global counterparts to find areas for optimization


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • BA or BS required.
  • 5-7 years Digital Media Planning & Buying experience required
  • Knowledge of digital landscape
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross functional partners at all levels and ability to clearly communicating technical messages to non-technical audience.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast paced team environment.
  • Expert in Excel
  • Extensive experience using ad-serving platforms (DFA preferred), DSPs, and Online Analytic tools.
  • Experience reporting on program performance and optimizing campaigns to achieve goals
  • Experience finding, negotiating, and implementing effective direct media buys on targeted websites
