THE WEEK will provide the individual with unique access, interaction and overall understanding of a position in sales, marketing and publishing from the vantage point of a recognized media brand.

This individual will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department. Overall responsibilities entail various sales and marketing activities including:
- Research such as tracking competitive advertising activity
- Assist with preparation of materials and client presentations
- Coordination of travel arrangements for sales and marketing representatives
- Producing expense reports
- Special projects including events

- Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 Years experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote, InDesign a Plus
- Working knowledge of digital research tools (e.g. ComScore, Quantcast, IXI)
- Working knowledge of DoubleClick for Publishers
- Strong attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Research analysis experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Previous sales and publishing experience is helpful, but not required
- Interest in sales, marketing and publishing
- Punctuality
