ALM is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving audience engagement and circulation revenue for a portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities include:
•Drive growth in Circulation as measured by revenue and subscriber counts (digital and print), and web traffic.
•Work closely with Geographically dispersed Publisher(s) in managing and contributing to audience growth plan including development of benchmarks, strategies for reaching goals; annual/monthly tactical marketing plans within allocated budgets. Be a strong advocate for assigned brands.
•Partner with inside sales channels to drive growth via renewals and new business. Includes working closely with marketing & database management to generate prospect lists, provide segmentation, and track conversions.
•Supervise the execution of all marketing plans - including, email, SEM, SEO, social media, partnerships, syndication, distribution, registration, direct mail, and subscriptions.
•Build subscriber lists for eNewletters, and develop and execute campaign marketing plans on as-needed basis to funnel traffic into high-priority areas.
•Monitor and track traffic delivery, cost, and ROI on all campaigns.
•Manage related budgets.
•Participate in coordination of forecasting of traffic/impressions for Ad Sales support.
•Work with marketing team and SEO consultants, including coordination of landing page optimization, internal linking, page structure, linked text, and inbound links.
•Work with Publishers in managing syndication relationships with third party partners, communities in the social media space, and forging relationships with sites and blogs in order to increase third-party links on a persistent or story-driven basis.
•Oversee all reporting and analytics, including internal, syndicated, and competitive analysis, as well as enhancement projects.
•Ensure reports are available on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including source and competitive analysis.
•Manage relationships with BPA and other third-party verification organizations, as necessary.

•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a strong plus
•5+years relevant online marketing/audience development experience a must
•Team oriented, energetic, and an innovative thinker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment a must.
•Must be extremely web savvy, with knowledge of the digital media space
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work closely with publishing, marketing, sales, and customer support teams
•Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically
•Ability to deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
•Experience using Google Analytics, Omniture/SiteCatalyst as strong plus
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
