Advertising Sales Assistant

This individual will be responsible for supporting three Account Managers/Executives with day-to-day activities, overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, and helping to manage client needs in the Fashion, Beauty, Consumer Packaged Goods, & Travel categories. The Advertising Sales Assistant will work with multiple internal departments, such as Marketing, Research, Digital, Finance, and Production, providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and to clients. Administrative tasks include but are not limited to: RFP co-management, competitive analysis, assisting with events, email correspondence, preparing presentations for sales calls, expense reports & scheduling. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task with particular attention to detail. This is a great role for someone who wants to get their foot in the door in a sales/media setting.
