•Develop customer-centric messaging that will demonstrate clear business value to our target market for each of our product sets: ISO Claims Solutions (including ISO ClaimSearch®, the U.S. P&C industry’s “all claims” database), Verisk Crime Analytics, and Property Claim Services.
•Refresh positioning for existing Claims and Crime Analytics products, as well as managing new product launches, from initial visibility through targeted lead generation.
•Develop and manage the execution of launch and repositioning plans, using other departmental (and company-wide) resources for content development, PR, email and marketing automation, and design/layout, among others.
•Identify new ways to position and promote our products, in order to reach existing markets more effectively, reach new potential users, and generally increase adoption.
•Be obsessed with metrics and analytics – which is part of the DNA of this company. You will be measured, in part, by the number of inquiries you generate and the traffic you drive to our various online properties. There are soft measures as well, but you will be expected to quantify the value you create.

• A four-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 8-10 years product marketing experience with demonstrated track record in product positioning, marketing strategy, product launches and product repositioning in a B2B or enterprise technology environment (insurance technology preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of leadership and client management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; solid presentation skills
• Strong project management
• Team building and mentoring experience
• Excellent high level analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving and ability to make decisions
• Candidate must be energetic, motivated and able to multi-task
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Demonstrated excellence in managing matrix teams with excellent collaboration skills, strong listening skills and naturally inclusive in decision-making environments
• Strong interviewing skills are a must; ability to ask technical questions and converse on technical topics
• Persuasive and diplomatic.
• Can conform to shifting priorities in company requirements, product demands, and purchasing timelines through analytical capabilities.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
