Alloy's suite of owned and operated and partner sites provide pop-culture editorial around fashion, beauty, music and celebrity. With an in-house production studio, we also create scripted and custom video content that is sold on a premium basis to major entertainment, fashion, consumemr products and technology companies.

Responsibilities:

Alloy Digital is a teen+youth focused media company and creator of some of the most compelling digital brands across video, web, mobile, commerce and gaming

Day to Day Tasks:

* Ideation with a keen understanding of design and technology execution
* Research and define new features for our web, mobile, social and gaming products both from a customer experience and ROI perspective
* Meet with product stakeholders, write and prioritize user stories for commensurate features
* Tireless customer advocate - conduct user research, test behavioral hypotheses, facilitate feedback, repeat
* Oversee quality assurance testing on all our products

Requirements:

1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced/high-growth environment (media, start-up, etc.)

Cross functional exposure to product management functions, facilitating solutions with designers, developers, content, marketing, sales and business development

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, understands how to manage stakeholders by influence, not authority

A quick study who is independent and resourceful when solving problems around customer behavior

Metrics/analytics-driven creativity, can combine the quantitative and qualitative to optimize customer joy and business goal

Insatiable curiosity for the Internet, mobile products, games, video and commerce and a love for making new things awesome and existing things more awesomer
