Job Description: The Marketing & Promotions Coordinator for TheBlaze TV will work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Promotion for TheBlaze TV Network in support of daily and long term marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns. This position will manage a high volume of projects, varying in theme. Responsibilities: • Collaborates with the marketing team on the development of promotional campaigns that achieves commercial business objectives, positively influence customer experience and develops or maintains brand awareness.•Coordinates and manages traffic for assigned promotion & marketing projects ensuring all deadlines are met and materials delivered. •Ensures consistency of message and quality of visuals in all marketing initiatives, sponsored events and public appearances. •Assists in the coordination of sponsored events, trade shows and conferences•Schedules daily on-air promotion spots•Coordinates weekly topical promotion•Assist in the creation and continually manage the network image library which serves the promotions, marketing & communication departments.•Continually be a leader with innovative, creative marketing ideas that will extend the brand on all platforms.Requirements:•Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a broadcast or cable television network, a movie trailer house or ad agency. •Some basic knowledge of film, TV or radio production.•Project coordination background•Must be proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.•Superior writing skills •Superior time management and organizational skills•Demonstrates effective communication and follow-up skills •Ability to multi-task, creatively problem-solve and work well under pressure•Strives in a fast pace, quick changing environment •Strong visual sense and understanding of design•Experience managing talent•Familiar with the news and entertainment industries as well as programming in general Please include a cover letter and salary requirement along with resume.
