We are looking for an experienced magazine print and/or online sales rep to lead online sales for our Dallas media properties. We are not a no-holds-barred sales operation; we stress relationship sales and we work hard to give our clients the best chance to earn a great return on their investment, whether it's print, online or both. You'll be working with businesses in Dallas neighborhoods, including professionals, home services, medical providers and more. With hard work, you can expect to earn $35,000 or more your first year with our base-plus-commission pay structure.

This is a rewarding job for a professional salesperson: You aren't going to be managed or meeting'ed to death, and your pay will reflect your accomplishments. The job requires cold-calling, prospecting and persistence. Once you become established, you'll operate on your own schedule. Our sales reps basically run their own small business, working with each advertiser from the initial consultation through advertising design and then making sure the advertisement works as promised. You are the person our advertisers depend on to help build their business both in our print magazines and through our online presence.

You must enjoy (or at least tolerate) cold-calling, but more than that, you must truly enjoy helping businesses build their organizations we're not just selling advertising, we're selling our expertise to help boost our advertisers' marketing plans and future growth.
