•Assemble requirements for software- and workflow-related projects. Identify the problem or opportunity and desired results by asking insightful and targeted questions. Serve as liaison between users and development group.
•Write requirements documents containing all business, user, functional and non-functional requirements for projects. Provide insight into both the as-is and to-be states of the business area. Conduct review and approval processes with project sponsor.
•Perform problem analysis of software and processes relating to the creation of insurance documents. Work with specialist or consultant to identify solution using models or abstract representations.
•Create test plans and conduct product, functional, regression and exception testing. Document and communicate test results and appropriate solutions.
•Provide end-user support including training for Publication Support personnel. Update user guides and workflow documents.
•Initiate small and non-complex projects by gaining stakeholder buy-in and clearly defining sponsor expectations.
•Create or update basic project plan which contains a schedule of activities. Ensure proper sequencing of activities on the plan, and ensure duration estimates are on target.
•Execute project plan by making information readily available to team members / stakeholders. Properly close the project. Update and archive all project information.
•Meet and understand project needs. Clearly explain the roles, responsibilities and procedures of all participants. Effectively manage the project. Respond promptly to problems.
•Make accurate project schedules and status reports available and timely. Consult with Project Sponsor on problem solving issues. Justify and manage schedule changes.
•Limited project and team authority under guidance of specialist or consultant. Works closely with functional manager or sponsor.

•College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
•At least two years' experience in project-related work preferred.
•Knowledge of ISO products and operations a plus.
•Analytical and decision making ability required.
•Good research skills.
•Good communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
•Ability to work independently with proper direction.
•Computer literate in Microsoft Office (PC) with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.
•Ability to work in deadline-driven situations.
