We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join our Boston experience design team. In addition to delivering standard UX design documentation and oversight, this role will have a particular focus on supporting efforts from campaign development to product innovation.The Senior Experience Designer will collaborate with creative team members to concept and refine ideas across digital channels and beyond. You should be able to rapidly shift from the strategic big picture to the tactical level and back to ensure oversight of the entire brand ecosystem.Collaboration and communication skills must be top-notch. This is a client-facing position and you should have experience presenting your work and contributing to client relationships in areas from new business pitches to the day-to-day.You should be able to produce ecosystem maps, customer journeys, wireframes, site maps, user flows, functional requirements and other documentation in software programs like Omnigraffle, InDesign, and Illustrator. You should have a firm grasp of topics like usability, accessibility and search optimization, as well as understanding the role of brand in creating digital User research and usability testing experience is preferred, but not strictly required. A firm grasp of how current web and NUI/multi-screen technologies intersect with user experience is a must. HTML5/CSS3 coding knowledge a bonus. Experience with responsive web projects desirable.Social media content will be an area of focus, so experience with Facebook applications and other social media API-driven sites is preferred. You are skilled in crafting large scale websites, marketing microsites, web applications, mobile and tablet HTML5 or native apps, in-game interactions, Xbox advertising and iAds. Experience designers also contribute to the design of digital out of home experiences and physical computing/installation experiences.Be ready to sketch and paper prototype. This is a fast-paced, highly interactive environment.

Four-year degree required. Design, HCI, development, or communications background preferred. 4-5+ years experience in an agency environment (advertising or digital-only) is extremely important, if not mandatory.
