This is a great opportunity for those looking to begin a career in publishing, as you will gain an insight of the operations of a global publishing house, as well as valuable contacts and hands-on experience which can be instrumental in attaining an entry-level position. Positions will be available in the following areas: Editorial, Production, Digital Publishing, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, and Human Resources. These positions will be spread across three of our product groups, Academic & Professional, Journals, and English Language Teaching.Interns will be expected to work a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) for 6-8 weeks during June and July. This is an unpaid internship, but a small stipend will be provided upon successful completion. Housing accommodations will not be provided for those who relocate for the program.The ideal candidate will be a university student or recent graduate, demonstrating academic excellence and a passion for academic publishing.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
