We are seeking a Human Resources Director or a Senior HR Manager to join our Boston HR Team.The HR Director will work directly with agency leadership to identify, develop, and retain superior talent, which is fundamental to our success.Some of the desired qualities and characteristics required, include:Having a feel for the advertising business and all that comes with itBe insightful, focused, and articulatePossess concise and clear verbal and written communication skillsListen well to leaders' perspective and incorporate it into their workBe agile, efficient, and able to get things done quicklyHave strong project management and multi-tasking skillsPossess confidentiality beyond reproachFunctional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee Talent function for our Boston officeOversee Career Development Review process (administrative tracking and assistance to authors/managers on written word & development conversations along with diversity objectives for agency leadership)Conduct and/or seek both internal and external development opportunities for our employees and managersSeek both internal and external diversity opportunities for our employees and managersLead Onboarding efforts (assure individual career development from start date)Conduct exit interviews, summarize, and analyze for trends & issues to addressLead existing Mentor ProgramCreate and monitor job descriptions and internal organizational chartsWork with CEO to enrich annual Talent Review and High Priority Objectives (HPOs) in relation to Talent Development and DiversityLead employee relations

Four-year degree requiredPrior advertising agency experience is highly desired (almost required)Management experience requiredMinimum of four-six years working in Human Resources and knowledge of basic state and federal lawsTalent Development experience a plusExperience and comfort in working with executive team, including but not limited to, the CEOProficiency in excel, word, and PowerPointMullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace
