Client Services Manager--Heavy on Digital
• First point of contact customer service with total knowledge of both digital and print products including overall knowledge of ad servers, digital technology: provide mechanical specifications and deadlines, define contacts and roles to the customer. Need to provide counseling on strategy for creation of ads in digital and print form and be able to communicate with designers who are creating banner ads, print ads and other marketing programs.• Collect and vet all digital and print advertising material and route to appropriate personnel.• Work with sales team and editorial to create map/flatplan of each quarterly issue. • Work with internal sales team and external clients to write short promotional/marketing pieces which will be published both in print and online with knowledge of Content Management Systems for publishing on line content as well as creating tags and other related content.• Attend occasional client events.• Work with digital operations team to manage our email calendar, ensure all online purchases are executed in a timely fashion, and collect and disseminate statistical data on customers' online presence.• Develop a holistic view of our clients, their business, and how BizBash can work with them to optimize their presence with BizBash.• Must be comfortable in a Macintosh environment. Proficiency with Photoshop, Excel, Word, and Web applications a must. Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus.• Must be able to write in a clear, concise manner, both in terms of email correspondence with clients, and advertorial articles written for them.This position, first and foremost, is about customer service and the ability to advise about the best marketing approaches. You will be the first and central point of contact after a finalized sale.
