Recruitment Managers: LA & NY
Essential duties and responsibilities are:• 5-7 year minimum of professional experience within either a corporate recruiting environment and/or a retained search firm.• Work closely with internal senior client business partners and our corporate clients for the research, identification and delivery of talent. • Develop position descriptions and set recruiting strategies that include assessing internal and external talent, sourcing passive and diverse candidates and managing the flow of employee referrals.• Attract, source, and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including direct sourcing, job boards, networking while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends. • Source, review, and distribute resumes• Build relationships with candidates for current and future strategic searches specifically in advertising, media and entertainment• Plan and execute networking events that include career fairs, on-campus presentations, and panels at universities and conventions.• Conduct new hire on-boarding to ensure smooth transition of all our new employees• Ability to understand and emulate company values and culture• Any and all special projectsPlease send your resume in MS Word Format as an attachment!
