Account Managers generate new business opportunities through positioning and selling Bizbash’s IdeaFest and full range of solutions to prospects in assigned markets. They are 100% focused on new business acquisition.

This ‘Hunter’ position requires developing and closing a new pipeline of prospects by preparing and making professional sales presentations from on-going cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, referral partners, and other relationship building strategies designed to meet or exceed monthly quotas.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

•Closing NEW BUSINESS for Booth and Sponsorship clients for our IdeaFests in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Florida

•Closing NEW BUSINESS for Digital Products in assigned territories

•Generating and managing an active sales pipeline of NEW BUSINESS for Digital and Tradeshow opportunities

•Creating integrated marketing campaigns for new business clients

•Identifying and cultivating potential clients through: independent research and prospecting, referrals and strategic partnering

•Being capable of making presentations over the phone and presenting in person

•Attending trade shows, conferences etc. in order to keep abreast of the latest trends and make contacts with additional potential buyers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Keen understanding of the events and tradeshow industry
• College degree or equivalent
• Must have prior sales experience with B2B sales
• Experience with or related CRM is desired

Compensation includes base salary, plus uncapped commissions
