Executive Assistant (Freelance)
Qualifications:3-5 years strong telephone etiquette, communications and organizational skills. Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail, who can follow directions and take initiative in fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet research. Experience in document formatting. Responsibilities: Provide daily communication, basic clerical duties, and general administrative support. Ensure pertinent operational information is conveyed to managers and team members as necessary.Answer/screen heavy telephones and take accurate messages.Set up conference calls.Collect and sort mail and e-mail invitations on a daily basis, checking against calendar to note potential schedule conflicts.Coordinate travel arrangements and various reservations.Assist with updating calendar on ongoing basis.Draft/proofread correspondence as needed.Fax, photocopy and collate documents.Process expense reports.Create, update and maintain files.Database management and maintain/order office supplies.
