•Research new business targets and create new business letters and proposals for prospective clients
•Reach out to new business contacts, send presentations, follow up with leads
•Conduct client, consumer and project research (print and online)
•Direct PR outreach – identify possible outlets and strategies
•Customize and update company capabilities deck for new business presentations
•Organize, recommend and submit awards submissions

•Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in an agency environment
•Excellent writing and oral communication skills
•Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
•Calm presence, ability to handle pressure scenarios patiently
•Tactical thinker able to develop strategy for new business pipelines
•Efficient, organized and detail-oriented, with understanding of priorities to ensure delivery on time for all tasks
•Desire to excel in a small, intimate work environment where the contribution of every individual greatly impacts
the firm
•Passionate about marketing and brand building
