Please note this role will be a 52 week temporary assignment to be pay rolled through our temporary agency, Yoh Staffing, A Day & Zimmerman Company, and will not be an employee of NBC Universal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling primary and/or secondary events on Syfy, following detailed promo plans. The Coordinator needs to be tapped into every aspect of the Marketing department, maintaining active communication with the Manager, Production department, and NOC as needed to track delivery of promo elements. S/he will also assume Brand Manager responsibilities, writing briefs and Snapshots and tracking assigned programs throughout the season. Must be able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities
•Schedule primary and/or secondary events in Gabriel, Grip It and Sintec
•Track and diligently schedule promos and/or secondary events in support of Programming, Strategic Marketing, Cross-channel, Barter and other partnerships as they arise
•Work with Comm Ops & Traffic to time out logs & make adjustments where necessary
•Check for discrepancies between Campaign entries and Deliverables List to ensure accuracy on the final log
•Coordinate with Programming, Production, and Network Operations as needed to obtain all necessary info for timely promo and/or secondary event delivery
•Order Secondary Events and screen them for accuracy
•Brand Manager Responsibilities: write briefs, create Snapshots, and coordinate with co-workers to ensure proper implementation of plans for various on-air priorities
•Supply Promo Contingency lists to NOC
•Generate reports as needed

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 1 year industry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Characteristics
Previous scheduling experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have a Positive, Team-Player Attitude
