This is a unique opportunity to observe and develop deep understanding of user behavior patterns amongst Time Inc’s Lifestyle Digital properties, including RealSimple.com, MyRecipes.com, CookingLight.com, etc. with the goal of giving users more of what they want.

Overseeing a portfolio of 10 brands, this role requires a keen ability to multitask, prioritize and manage expectations. With support from remotely located analyst, the primary role will be to work closely with Audience Development Brand Managers to drive site traffic and engagement by mining for insights using Omniture and comScore, thinking creatively as to how to drive increased visit frequency and page consumption, and presenting findings and recommendations to interactive teams and senior management through weekly / monthly reports and presentations.

The Time Inc Lifestyle Digital Portfolio consists of Allyou.com, CookingLight.com, CoastalLiving.com, Health.com, MyHomeIdeas.com, MyRecipes.com, RealSimple.com, SouthernLiving.com, Sunset.com and ThisOldHouse.com

Responsibilities:
• Analyze interactive user metrics (referral sources, page consumption, pathing, campaign response, video insights, etc.) to develop a deep understanding of site user base.
• Develop, reconcile and distribute weekly, monthly and yearly reports ensuring complete accuracy.
• Proactively serve as the key interpreter of site metrics, translating vast amounts of data into actionable information and recommendations for site enhancements.
• Ensure that all stakeholders’ informational needs are being met, and provide necessary training and support.
• Support sales to help craft compelling stories for use in RFPs
• Analyze demographic, competitive and macroeconomic trends to identify additional business opportunities.
• Continue to optimize workflow by creating consistency and efficiency in standard reporting.
Overall Requirements - Candidates should have:
• BS/BA preferably in an analytical field.
• 3 or more yrs. related web analysis experience.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proactive, curious and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
Technical Requirements - Qualified candidates must be skilled with:
• Outstanding Excel skills required
• Experience with Omniture SiteCatalyst, Discover, and Report Builder
• Experience implementing Omniture tracking and using debugging software
• Experience with comScore, @plan, Nielsen Net Ratings or other research services a plus.
