Department gatekeeper who will maintain project flow for high-volume marketing and advertising group
Requirements
Responsibilities;

• Maintain a Production and Project Schedule of All Department Jobs: Advertising, Promotional, etc
• Organize, prioritize, and track all projects and report issues that may hold it up
• Set up work flow systems and procedures as they are needed
• Obtain bids from outside vendors on print job and traffic job to winning vendor
• Provide Daily Communication to Sr Director and Art Director
• Keep Sr Director Meeting Calendar and Manage Phone when Necessary
• Interact with marketing, production, cover art, editorial departments to gather materials needed
• Coordinate with Outside Agencies and Provide Materials via email/mail/FTP
• Archives approved final jobs
• Contributes to team effort overall with ideas and enthusiasm
• Puts some jobs relating to promotion as well as print production jobs into pipeline for design
• Pre-Flight files for production
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Skills needed:
• Ability to multi-task a must. Skilled at prioritizing, and following and tracking multiple projects at one time
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Must be computer literate (proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat). Basic understanding of HTML and inDesign a plus but not necessary
• Strong written and verbal communication skills a must. Must be confident in communicating with varied levels, departments and personalities

Experience:
6mths – 1 year relevant office experience
