Essential duties and responsibilities are:

• 5-7 year minimum of professional experience within either a corporate recruiting environment and/or a retained search firm.

• Work closely with internal senior client business partners and our corporate clients for the research, identification and delivery of talent.
• Develop position descriptions and set recruiting strategies that include assessing internal and external talent, sourcing passive and diverse candidates and managing the flow of employee referrals.
• Attract, source, and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including direct sourcing, job boards, networking while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends.
• Source, review, and distribute resumes
• Build relationships with candidates for current and future strategic searches specifically in advertising, media and entertainment
• Plan and execute networking events that include career fairs, on-campus presentations, and panels at universities and conventions.
• Conduct new hire on-boarding to ensure smooth transition of all our new employees
• Ability to understand and emulate company values and culture
• Any and all special projects
