Fit Pregnancy & Natural Health are hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing department. This Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director and Publishers to coordinate brand marketing, merchandising, and sales initiatives. Fit Pregnancy and Natural Health share one sales and marketing team.
This self-motivated candidate will be expected to create, develop, manage and optimize marketing programs and initiatives to meet brand goals and objectives related to growth categories and new advertiser prospects.
Key Responsibilities will include:
•Coordinate day-to-day integrated merchandising and RFP requests from national sales staff; assign work to Associate Marketing Managers in a timely fashion and follow up on all requests to insure deadlines are met.
•Oversee all integrated merchandising program execution including processing of marketing fulfillment forms, program activation forms, and client recaps.
• Partner with sales team members to assist in the development, ideation and strategic thinking for customized integrated solutions for high profile advertising partners.
•Work with Marketing Director to develop new merchandising packages/programs.
•Collaborate with digital sales and account management teams on integrated programs, proposal and program execution.
•Work with Marketing Director and Art Director to create/write category-specific presentations, sell sheets, advertorial sections and other collateral materials.
•Analyze research data (MRI, Reader/User studies, AdMeasure, PIB, Comscore, Google Analytics, etc.) to be used for sales calls, sell sheets and in category presentations.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
•Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.
•5-7 Years of experience in the magazine/print industry, including development of integrated marketing programs (print, digital, tablet, mobile and events); 1-2 years of direct management experience.
•Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; strong time management and organizational skills a must.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel); experience with MAC applications, including InDesign a plus.
•Knowledge of industry research tools (MRI, AdMeasure, PIB, Comscore, Google Analytics, etc.).
