BrightRoll is seeking an experienced, proactive and confident Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team and support the company's marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will lead the field marketing team to develop compelling, customized messages, events, materials and tools that drive customer and prospect engagement. Working very closely with the extended marketing and sales teams as well as under the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will have at least 7 to 10 years of marketing experience supporting and managing a variety of successful field marketing programs with strong project management acumen.

This is a full-time position based out of our HQ in San Francisco. We are specifically looking for candidates with the requirements listed below.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and on-time completion of complex integrated customer and prospect presentations and drive on-time delivery of:
o Highly customized interactive presentations via PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi and others
o Marketing collateral development
o Customer reference program (references, case studies, etc.)
o Event management
• Maintain sales materials repository
• Manage the workflow for project requests and projects – situation analysis, milestone, content and timeline development and execution
• Manage cross functional marketing projects across departments
• Manage external resources to develop materials, as needed
• Own and drive unique, ad-hoc marketing projects independently
•Manage other marketing projects as assigned


• BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience
• Experience working with advertising sales teams is essential and experience in interactive advertising a major plus
• Demonstrated project management experience, ideally in a fast paced, technology company
• Must have excellent writing and editing/proofing skills
• A multi-tasker who is very detail-oriented and demonstrates strong project management skills
• Exercises good judgement, is flexible and is able to respond positively to rapidly changing priorities and circumstances
• Must work well independently as well as with a team
